INTRODUCTION TO DIAMOND GRADING WORKSHOP
Description
The Diamond Grading Workshop introduces students to the procedures used to grade diamonds according to GIA's International Diamond Grading System™. Using round brilliant cut diamonds on the D-to-Z color scale, students apply their knowledge by assigning color estimation, clarity and determining face-up appearance: brightness, scintillation and fire. Students also receive hands-on practice separating natural diamond from common simulants.
