- Diamond Essentials
Learn how to clearly describe diamond jewelry in customer conversations. Topics include: the 4Cs of Diamond Quality, diamond durability and treatments, modern cutting technology, and an overview of the diamond jewelry supply chain. - Colored Stone Essentials
Gain essential knowledge of colored stones with a focus on ruby, sapphire and emerald. Topics include: key terminology, value factors, proper gemstone care and cleaning methods, and insights into the colored stone supply chain. - Jewelry Essentials
Examine the key features that define a piece of jewelry and contribute to its value. Topics include: precious metals, jewelry types and styles, manufacturing methods, regulations, plus watches and giftware.
